- players should take their places on a first come, first served basis up to a maximum of 20 tables
- pairs arriving after 7:20pm will not be able to play, except to make up a half table
- guests may play up to 5 times per year
- guests may have to wait until 7:20pm to see if there are spaces available
- the ladder and competitions are for members only
