Bridport Bridge Club
Welcome to Bridport Bridge Club where we play duplicate bridge at St Swithuns Church Hall on Wednesdays at 6:50 pm and on most Tuesdays and Fridays at 1:50 pm.
We also play online on Thursdays at 6:50 pm using the RealBridge platform. The club is affiliated to the EBU.
Refreshments are provided at St Swithuns.
New players are welcome and we offer beginners, returners and improvers lessons from time to time. Our NEW Tuesday sessions are designed for new players and returners that have had recent lessons and any others that would like more practice at playing club duplicate.

| Bridge Training |
New To Bridge? The beginners/returners course started on October 13th 2025 at Bradpole Village Hall on Mondays at 2 pm. The programme is available on the left hand menu of this page and the weekly fee will be £5 pp. The course will now be fortnightly from January until March with supervised play between lessons.
IMPROVERS/INTERMEDIATES
Occasional IMROVERS/INTERMEDIATES training is available through the winter. The next session will be on Monday March 2nd 2026 at 11am at Bradpole VH. Michael will be leading the session and the topic will be communications with your partner. This follows on from the work done with Rob when bidding conventions were planned.
The next date for your diary will be Monday March 16th. We will then be coming to the end of this winter series but if there is the demand we will have some more sessions for a month or so.

| NEW Realbridge 4-High session on Thursdays |
We are pleased to be able to start another
online club session for newer players.
It is called 4-High pairs and will start at 6:35 pm Thursdays on Realbridge. Players with a NGS level of 4 or below will be welcome. This will be a new opportunity for our newer players to compete with one another without the presence of the more experienced players. Master points will be awarded so it will be a good opportunity to get started on the Master points scheme.
Log in will be via the link shown under ONLINE on the left hand menu.
