The club survey is intended to collect information about clubs and their concerns. The returns will be collated and every club that completes it will get a summary report sent to the e-mail address provided. It will also be a valuable tool in discussions at the Fair, so please complete one for your club even if you can’t come to the Fair. The details in the survey will be treated as confidential, and will NOT be provided to any other organisation, especially NOT for marketing purposes.

Where the survey says "Please Number". Please put number "1" for the item that is most valuable to your club, "2" for the next most important up to 6.

At the end of the survey you can enter up to three names and email addresses. If you have completed all the questions in the survery, each of the email addresses will be sent an anomymised summary of the survey returns AND each of the names will be registered for discounted admission to the Bridge Fair at Dunchurch on July 19th 2014.
