As you all know, the club is growing, which is a good thing!  We are considering adding an open game to the schedule, as we are expecting a large influx of returning snowbirds this summer.  If we add a third game, we hope this will spread players out over three days instead of two.

There are two options:

• Adding another section on the Tuesdays that we hold the 0-100 game.  This would be the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month.  Sharon Moya suggested that we consider adding another limited section (0-299 or 0-399) instead of an open section, so that is another option on the survey.  We wish to continue the casual bridge games on the first, third, and fifth Tuesdays, as this is an excellent entry point for our newer players.  
• Holding an open game on Monday mornings.  This would incur additional expense for the club, as we would have to pay more rent to the city for the use of the French Broad Community Center.  The game would have to be in the morning, as another organization uses the facility late Monday afternoons.  We would need to average at least five tables in order to break even.
