IN MEMORIAM

It is with much sadness that we have heard of the death of John Chase.

Our condolences go out to his widow Olwen Chase. Below is a note from Peter Garvin (Chairman) sent to Olwen on behalf of us all.

Good Morning Olwen.

We are sad to hear that John has passed away and send you our sympathies at this time.

We had lost touch at the Bridge Club recently but will recall the the long service that John gave to the Club.

It was through his efforts that the Club held together during his time as Chairman and then as  a leading member of the Committee.

His decisions as a Director were always given in a friendly and helpful manner.

We recall his energies as he convinced us to move forward in the digital age with the installation of

Bridgemates, we are benefitting from those efforts on a regular basis.

Somewhere up there he will be arranging tables for Bridge.

Peter.

Brentham Bridge Club.

The funeral will be held at Breakspear Crematorium on Wednesday 1st August and afterwards at Ealing Golf Club.
