Bramhall Village Bridge Club runs friendly duplicate bridge tournaments on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7.30 pm at the Community Centre Lumb Lane. - All bridge nights will be held in the room upstairs and has room for 18 tables. A chairlift is available to access upstairs.
- The club is a members club with an annual subscription currently £20.00, but visitors are welcome to play.
- The Friday night event is also usually a duplicate pairs with separate annual competitions.
- Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are available.

| New Calendar |
| A new calendar of events has now been produced by the newly elected committee. A programme for 2010-2011 will be available shortly for collection from the club. |

| Pay to Play |
| The committee has agreed to increase the table money on Fridays to £2 for members and £4 for visitors from Friday 2nd April. Also, to comply with the rules of Pay to Play, it has been agreed that Saturday bridge will no longer be a part of Bramhall Bridge Club from 1st April but will be a separately organised group under Bramhall Village Club.. |

| New Club Announcement Rule |
In order to reduce noise levels :- With immediate effect our club will no longer announce weak NT opening bids of 12-14 points. Any other strength 1NT opening bid mini or strong will be alerted. Decision - Committee Meeting 1st September 2009.
