TEAM SPIRIT

Many thanks to the Berry Bridge Club members who participated in the Bowral Inter Club event.

Eight members travelled to Bowral Bridge Club to do battle with the other four clubs of the Inter club Series. Southern Highlands came in first edging out Kiama who were the current trophy holders. It has become a right battle royal between these two clubs each time they meet. Many thanks to Bowral Bridge Club for a well organised, competitive day.

The next Interclub event is at Goulburn Bridge Club on 16 August . Any members who wish to participate, would you please contact me on 0417286764 or email mareaallen@bigpond.com. Cost for the day  is $10 and transport will be organised with the team members 'car sharing'.

The final two sessions will be contested at Berry on Wednesday, 27 September then Kiama to be advised.

It is really pleasing to see such good numbers at our Saturday Bridge, if you wish to play and can't find a partner, telephone Lee Ann  Roberts on 4464 2742, visitors are always welcome!
