This is the formal notice reminding members of the forthcoming AGM. If you wish to raise a specific item under AOB at the AGM, it would be helpful if you could please send your proposal to the secretary at least 7 days prior to the meeting. If you wish to propose an amendment to the club rules you need to send these 21 days in advance of the meeting.
The committee have all agreed to stand again for re-election and if anyone would like to stand for any role within the committee, could they let the secretary know as soon as possible.
