You do not need to be a member of the Senior Activities Center to play bridge there (although they would appreciate it if you choose to join...). If you are not a member, don't forget to sign in when you come to play.
Welcome to Bellingham's newest Bridge Club. Our goal is to provide a fun and friendly environment for players to learn this most fascinating game and to improve their skills. If you are just starting to enjoy this wonderful sport, please come out and see what we are all about.
The Bellingham Aces Saturday game is aimed at beginning bridge players who hold fewer than 499 Masterpoints. We welcome those who range from absolute beginners to the more experienced but less–than–expert competitor. The game is under the direction of Paul O'Brien and Ouida McCullough, both ACBL accredited teachers and directors. We offer a short lesson each week at the beginning of the game and a Q&A session afterward. Additionally, players will receive a sheet depicting the hands they played along with a summary of their partnership scores — both great learning tools.
Saturdays from 11:00 AM until finish at the Bellingham Senior Activity Center.
We are located at 315 Halleck St in Bellingham at the Senior Activity Center. We will have a weekly duplicate game on Saturdays commencing at 11 AM. Cost to play is $6. There is ample free parking across New Street immediately outside the Center's entrance.
There will be no Saturday game on August 4 due to a tournament in Wenatchee, and there will be no Game September 1 due to a tournament in New Westminster.
Go to the Lessons and Classes page to view our upcoming teaching schedule details. Bridge Labs begin May 22, the Comprehensive Defense Workshop begins June 19.
