In the event of inclement weather we will decide as early as possible whether to cancel games.  The club’s decision is independent of any school closing schedule.

When a game is canceled, an alert will be sent by email and posted here at least two hours before the usual start time.  Unless notified, games will take place as scheduled. 

If you have partners who do not receive email, please contact them about a cancellation.
