| It's Brock time |
England internal player Sally Brock will be running a bridge event at the club
Sally, an international bridge author and player, started to play bridge at 14 years old and has been part of the winning team in five Women's European Championships, two Venice Cups and two World Team Olympiads. She has also mentored and trained the junior squad. She is currently the bridge correspondent of the Sunday Times.
This will be a play and analysis session. We will all play the same boards, including Sally. Sally will analyse and review every eight boards to advise, from a professional's perspective, what should have happened.
The event will be held at St Marks Church on Wednesday 5th August 2026 from 2pm to 6.30pm. Cold refreshments will be available during the session.
Tickets are £25 each to be payable to Bedford Bridge Club. You do not need a partner for this event.
Please contact Pippa Green, Karen Israel or Louise Smith if you would like a ticket.
