| Arrival and Playing Area |
Matches are played in The Park Room, situated on the first floor toward the rear of the hotel. Reception staff can direct you to The Park Room if one of the Beauchief Bridge Club team is not at reception when you arrive. The playing area is accessible by both stairs and a lift. |

| Playing arrangements |
Matches will start at 2:00 p.m., with light refreshments available in the playing area prior to the start time. Afternoon tea of sandwiches and refreshments will be served in the playing area at the end of the second stanza for both matches [approx. 4:00 p.m.]. Boards will be random dealt by the teams at match start time. |
