| County Teams Championship |
Please use the form below to submit your entry for the B&BCBA County Teams Championship 2016/2017.
Entry is restricted to players with primary allegiance to B&B.
List ALL of the intended Players (including the Captain) in the "Team Players" box in the format:
John Smith, Jane Smith, Arthur Brown, Susan Green (up to 6 players, separated by commas.)
List the EBU number of each player in the "EBU Numbers" box in the same order as the Team Player names and each separated by a comma and a space. (eg. 12345, 45672, 234987, 401786). Note that entries will not be accepted unless all EBU numbers are entered.
Finally, fill in your name (if not already entered as Captain), your (the Captain's) email address. (Your telephone number is optional).
On clicking the "Submit Entry" button, an e-mail will be sent the competition organiser and an acknowledgement copy will be sent to you.
