Please use the form below to submit your entry for the B&BCBA Flitch (Married Pairs) event to be held on 19 September 2010.

List the intended Players in the "Players" box in the format:    John Smith, Jane Smith 

The "Special Requirements" box is to be used:
a)    to request special requirements (disabled requirements, stationary table etc.),   or
b)    to notify subsequent changes to a previous entry (changed players, withdrawn entries, etc.).

Finally, fill in your name and email address (and telephone number).

On clicking the "Submit Entry" button, an e-mail will be sent the competitions organiser and an acknowledgement copy will be sent to you.
