If done by these latter means the entry should give the name and date of the event together with the same information as on the form below.

Please use the form below to submit your entry for the B&BCBA Green Pointed Swiss Teams event to be held at Windsor on 19th June 2016 starting at 12:00noon.
List all of the intended Players in the "Team Players" box in the format John Smith, Jane Smith, William Jones, Mary White
Master Points are direct credited. Please enter names and EBU numbers in the "EBU Numbers" box for any players who are not B&BCBA Members. Eg. John Smith 123246; Jane Smith 123457
The "Special Requirements" box is to be used: a) to request special requirements (disabled requirements, stationary table etc.), or b) to notify subsequent changes to a previous entry (changed players, withdrawn entries, etc.).
On clicking the "Submit Entry" button, an e-mail will be sent the GP Event Organiser and an acknowledgement copy will be sent to you.
