BEDFORDSHIRE COUNTY LEAGUE AND KNOCK OUT CUP

Entries are invited for the Bedfordshire County League and / or Knock-Out Cup.

· These are competitions for teams of 4 with matches arranged privately (usually at home); between 8 and 10 league matches are normally played in a season which runs from September to April

· Up to 6 players can be nominated for each team

· The bridge is competitive and usually fun

· Master points are awarded (Green points for the Knockout)

· The league is played in divisions which ensures that the weaker teams don’t have to play against very strong teams

· A support pack is provided to team captains to help them to organise their matches

· The Knockout is open to full BBA members only; the League is open to full and dual BBA members; non BBA members may play in the lowest division (where most new teams are initially placed)

Entry forms are available in clubs, in the BBA Bulletin and from this website. Completed entry forms, together with a cheque for the entry fee made payable to Bedfordshire Bridge Association, should be returned by 31^st July to:-
