According to the constitution, "Motions to be put to the AGM, proposed and seconded, must be submitted to the Secretary at least 14 days in advance of the AGM. In order to become a resolution, any motion representing a constitutional change must receive the support of at least two thirds of the votes cast, or otherwise a simple majority of votes cast".
