ONLY CLUB MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY TROPHY
PHIZACKERLEY CUP
This competition will normally be played over a period of 11 or 12 sessions. The trophy will be awarded to the pair with the highest average score.
A minimum of 6 sessions must be played to qualify.
BOB CUTHBERT TROPHY
This competition will normally be played over a period of 11 or 12 sessions. The trophy will be awarded to the pair with the highest average score.
A minimum of 6 sessions must be played to qualify.
LORRAINE CUP
This competition will normally be played over a period of 11 or 12 sessions. The trophy will be awarded to the pair with the highest average score.
A minimum of 6 sessions must be played to qualify.
HANDICAP SHIELD
This competition will be run concurrently with the Lorraine Cup. A minimum of 6 sessions in the Lorraine Cup must be played to qualify for the Handicap Shield.
Handicaps will be based on the average score in the Bob Cuthbert Trophy – a minimum of 6 rounds in the B.C.T. must be played to qualify, but all scores in the B.C.T. will be used to calculate the handicap.
Pairs below 50% will be given a plus handicap and pairs above 50% a minus handicap.
THE IAN BUGG PLATE
This is a Ladies versus Gentleman Teams event. To win the trophy, the whole team must be ladies or gentlemen.
Mixed teams may play but will not qualify for the trophy.
THE ALPHA PLATE
This is a team competition, played on the last Friday in January.
The team with the highest score will win the trophy.
