(Not EBU affiliated)
Visitors and new members are always welcome. All but one of the clubs are EBU affiliated and all operate a host system, so even if you do not have a partner one week, come along - we guarantee to provide you with a partner. Sessions are played in a friendly, competitive atmosphere where all players are welcome whatever their level of duplicate club bridge experience.
We are sorry to announce that Anne Myers passed away recently, quietly in her nursing home.
Anne had been amember of the club for many years both at Shoreham and for more recntly at
Keymer. In later years she suffered with significant mobility problems but was still keen to play,
moving slowly up to the room to North at table 8. She was intent on playing without any hindrance
to other players more able to move around the room and corner table 8 suited her purposes well.
She will be remembered for her consideration, her friendly always cheerful and welcoming
smile and her steady, reliable card play.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this difficult time
If we receive details of Anne's funeral we will publish them here.
