The objects of "The St. John's Ace of Clubs" shall be to provide facilities for the playing of Bridge, Duplicate Bridge, Introduction to Dublicate Bridge, and from time to time special events such as Team Games.

Competitions shall be held at such times and under such conditions as the determined by the club, generally in accordance with the wishes of the membership.

Any suggestions or complaints regarding the arrangements of "The Club" shall be submitted in writing and handed to the Club Manager and shall be considered for implementation.

"The Club" accepts no responsibility whatever for the property or belongings of any member or visitor whilst on the premises of "The Club".  We do however keep all items left behind under lock and key until they are retreived by the owner.

Any matter not provided for in these regulations and all questions arising regarding their construction or implication shall be reviewed by the Club Manager.

The Club Manager, Treasurer and Secretary and any other members of the general committee shall not be responsible, either individually or jointly, for any liabilities incurred by "The Club".
Alterations, additions or amendments to these regulations and constitution cannot be made except agreement of the Club Manager and Directors.

These regulations and constitution were adopted during the month of October 2016.
