The Bridge Academy Club Advisory Committees
 (constituted as per Constitution section 4.2 h)

1. Club Bridge Play Development
   (Leader Kirit Wadhar Deputy Pankaj Shah)
   Covers Bridge Training (Players and Directors), Play Etiquette, Play Improvement Guidance

2. Club Bridge Play Session Management
   (Leader Pankaj Shah Deputy Bharat Shah)
   Covers Session Deal Preparation, Session Play Set Up and Clearance, Visitors Log, Seating Allocation, Table Money and Director Availability.
   To facilitate this sets a monthly Rota of committee members who will take responsibility for each session from start to finish.

3. Club Social & Club Holidays
   (Team: Mitin Gala and Mukesh Shah)
   Covers all aspects of Club Social events and planning and management of Club Holidays

4. Incident Review and Resolution Panel
   (Leader Kirit Wadhar Members Pankaj Shah and Mitin Gala)

This panel to review all play incidents and referrals from a member and/or session director and provide recommendation(s) to the Club Committee for decision/action.
All appeals subsequent to a decision/action are reviewed by the Club Committee with a final appeal available by referral to the Trustees.

All communication is to be by email the.bridge.academy.2@gmail.com to the Club Secretary who will keep a record of all correspondence and forward for a response to the relevant Committee Member or Trustee
