Cover the N and E hands!
As S you open 1NT (15-17), E doubles, W bids 2♠ passed to E who bids 2N doubled by N.
7♣ is led by your partner – your partnership leads low when you like the suit. You see:
You play attitude leads, which means that high spot-leads are discouraging. Nonetheless, unsure of which suit to switch to (or, if you woodenly always return partner’s lead), you continue with the club 10. Declarer proceeds to rattle off the next four club tricks. Partner follows to three rounds in total and pitches the 8♦ (high would be discouraging diamonds) followed by the 4♠. Dummy pitches some small cards (including a couple of spades), and you discard the 2♦ and 7♥ .
Declarer leads the S♠ from hand. Partner pops with the jack, and leads the 6♦ to your king. How do you defend? What’s going on? In particular, what do you continue next?
