Abbeygate Bridge Club is located not far from the centre of Bury St Edmunds. It meets for duplicate bridge on Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays - all starting at 7pm. New members are always welcome. Many of the members of the bridge club are also members of Bury Bridge Club which meets on Thursdays at Southgate Community Centre.

| Bridge for Beginners and Improvers. |
Wednesday evening is a very friendly 'Learn and Play' club for improvers, consisting of Supervised Play, with occasional tutorial sessions on particular topics. Players can ask for help with both bidding and play.
